What name do you use in game? CoG (I use BlackAngel for shooters and this seems more like a shooter clan =D)
Who referred you to join and who do you know in the clan? Champion, basically everyone
How old are you (12-13 young teenager; 13-18 teenager; 18-25 young adult; 25-40 adult; 40+ mature adult)? Teen - 16
Where are you from? New York, USA
What games do you play? JKA, Oblivion, Alien Swarm, CoD (And a ton more)
Why do you want to join the Space Marines? Same atmosphere as JvS, different style games.
Why do you feel you would be a positive addition to the Space Marines? I'm active, a decent shooter, a good teamwork person, signature maker and more.

Nope. Once approved by both commanders you simply wait to be assigned to a squad by your chaplain then once the apothecary approves you are in.
